A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management will be highly advantageous
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years’ working experience within the building/construction industry, with a preferred focus on precast concrete products, hollow core slabs, or structural elements.
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver license
Project Tracking: Proven experience in project coordination, milestone tracking, and basic resource allocation
Drawing Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in reading and interpreting Architectural, Structural, and Measurement Drawings. Familiarity with Revit or production drawings is a distinct advantage.
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel for tracking, Word, and Outlook). Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) is preferred.
