We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation & Change team at Marsh Italia. This role will be based in the Milan office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Transformation & Change team is composed of experienced project managers and business analysts who collaborate closely to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Together, they lead key projects that shape the future of Marsh Italia’s operations, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement in a dynamic multinational environment.
We will count on you to:
Support and take ownership of coordinating projects to ensure their successful completion, including defining project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners such as carriers.
