Key Responsibilities
Supervise the end-to-end production process, including trimming, grinding, mixing, packing, wrapping, and labelling.Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and presentation requirements.Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and cost control.Manage stock rotation and inventory within the production area.Implement and maintain production procedures that support operational excellence.Identify and address quality or maintenance issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.Maintain food safety, hygiene, SHEQ, and OHS standards.Manage attendance, discipline, and employee relations.Resolve production, quality, and maintenance issues promptly.
