Role overview

The Producer will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for the end-to-end production of high‑quality video content. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent client communication skills. You will guide our production efforts and contribute strategically by analysing performance and championing new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of video production, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Source story ideas and interviewees to turn real student voices into visual storytelling.
• Lead story development and story edits, ensuring compelling narratives across all video formats.
• Manage production workflows, including assigning projects, providing feedback, and guiding creative execution.
