Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related disciplines).
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Fresh graduates with related internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality improvement tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) or DOE (Design of Experiments) will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
