Position Overview
Responsibilities - Process Mapping: Documenting current workflows ('as-is') and creating process models using tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gathering data from various sources to analyze process performance and identify inefficiencies.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Creating reports and dashboards to visualize data, track metrics, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with team members, business owners, and managers to gather requirements and communicate findings.
- Process Improvement Support: Assisting in the implementation of new processes and validating that changes lead to better efficiency.
