Provide full range of secretarial and personal assistance, including but not limited to the schedule meeting & prepare agenda, arrange travel tickets, accommodations & vehicles, and other support on personal matters
Handle correspondence and communications with incumbents of various business units and departments of the group as well as externals parties on behalf of the Senior Executive
Organise work plans, prioritise tasks and keep up-to-date schedule of appointments
Perform outdoor duty is required, participate in business activities and events, and be responsive to provide just-in-time support, whenever necessary
Provide administrative support to the executive office, handle budget, expenses and claims reimbursement, as well as prepare reports, meeting minutes and relevant materials
Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
