Reporting to the Senior Regional HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will support business growth and build a strong people‑oriented culture in the Malaysia office. The role involves championing Intrepid’s corporate culture, advocating HR initiatives, and partnering with business managers to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build trustful and credible working relationships with business stakeholders through regular catch‑ups and proactive participation in people and business discussions.
- Provide direction and coaching on HR programs, policies and processes, including performance management, compensation, talent retention, learning and development, and career development roadmap.
