**Tasks & responsibilities**

As an **Order Management Junior Specialist** , you are responsible for:

+ Analyzing and resolving errors occurring in sales order entry interfaces
+ Reviewing and correcting incomplete sales orders in collaboration with local Customer Service and IT, in line with service level agreements
+ Performing daily review of billing process in SAP and ensure that all documents relevant and due for billing are created and posted to accounting in a timely manner
