Responsibilities:
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring systems.
- Assist in the collection, processing, and visualization of system logs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and administration tasks on Linux-based servers.
- Contribute to network monitoring activities,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help maintain the health and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow up on resolution in a timely manner.
