Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and assign area-wise targets to ensure achievement of sales goals
Ensure proper site housekeeping, coordinate with the Development Engineer (DE) for timely resolution of M&R issues, and conduct regular market surveys to identify potential greenfield sites
Motivate business partners to achieve monthly targets and enhance performance at underperforming sites
Prepare Daily Sales Control Sheets and track outlet-wise and territory-level sales. Conduct retail outlet inspection on routine basis ensuring all necessary departmental KPIs are met
Ensure all products are sold at announced rates, maintaining 100% quality and quantity standards
Conduct monthly stock variation checks at every outlet to ensure availability
Conduct customer service and safety training for outlet staff Enforce HSE standards and product compliance as per company policies
