Essential Functions

• Assisting in the preparation of transportation documents – bill of ladings, packing slip, commercial invoices, B13’s
• Coordinate transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demands with little to no delay
• Maintain daily volume of shipments to ensure deadlines are met. Review backlog report to gauge daily shipments for on time delivery
• Review daily shipping report in advance for inaccuracies
