PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To offer high quality, innovative teaching and learning; research, including the furthering of own qualifications in Sociology, and impactful community engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching and Learning: Offering quality teaching at undergraduate level. Supervising honours students. Developing module content. Completing T&L related administration. Participating in processes to enhance the quality of T&L in the subject group, school, and faculty. Research and Innovation: Further own qualifications in Sociology. Publish peer reviewed, accredited journal articles in high impact disciplinary journals. Publish monographs and chapters in books with reputable academic publishers.
