POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities Leasing & Portfolio Management - Develop and implement annual leasing strategies to maximise occupancy.
- Identify vacancies and execute corrective strategies.
- Analyse leasing reports and anticipate trends.
Lead & Deal Management - Follow up on all leads promptly.
- Manage full leasing cycle: tenant sourcing, applications, credit checks, proposals, negotiations, and lease conclusion.
- Ensure all lease documents, sureties, and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Tenant & Stakeholder Relations - Build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and annual tenant check-ins.
Marketing & Canvassing - Canvass for new tenants and lease renewals.
