Perform secure data wiping and physical destruction per industry standards
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on decommissioned equipment
Track assets and document testing/destruction processes
Package and ship IT equipment safely
Visit client sites to collect and process IT assets
Requirements: Basic IT hardware knowledge, troubleshooting skills
Understanding of data destruction protocols (NIST/DoD)
Ability to learn and follow technical procedures
Physical ability to handle equipment
Strong attention to detail
Willing to travel and adapt to changing priorities
Team player with strong communication skills
