Mission

The IT Junior Specialist provides second-level technical support, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of IT operations while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and maintaining a professional, service‑oriented attitude.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide second-level technical support for Windows 11 and Office 365 (first‑level support is managed by the Global Enterprise Help Desk).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues (hardware repairs are handled by external vendors).
• Perform operating system installations for notebooks and workstations.
• Set up audio/video systems for meetings and corporate events, including video conferencing tools (HP / Poly).
