Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults across desktops, laptops, network, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide 1st line IT support to internal users and manage 2nd line support in event of escalation.
- Manage hardware purchases for the firm.
- Manage Microsoft tenant, including user accounts, licenses, Microsoft 365 administration, and other software licensing for the firm.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with IT contractors as 2nd line support whom we outsource for hardware, programming, and licenses.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of internal applications as a secondary function.
Qualifications
- Any experience with a programming language will be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrates active use of AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving in daily tasks.
