Junior Industrial Painter / Powder Coater (In-House Training)

Location: Truro

Salary: £13.45 per hour + optional overtime. In‑house training, 4‑day working week with Fridays off, career progression.

We are an Agricultural Machinery manufacturer looking for a Junior Industrial Painter, Powder Coater, or Shot Blaster to join a friendly team. This role offers a balanced schedule with a 4‑day week (Monday‑Thursday) and optional overtime to increase earnings. In‑house training allows technical progression.
