Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and documentation for all workers and staff.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of tailors, helpers, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records;
Address and resolve worker grievances promptly and maintain healthy employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and health & safety standards.
Support implementation of HR policies, training programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
Handle day-to-day HR operations including ID cards, uniform issuance, and employee communication.
Liaise with management and production teams to ensure smooth manpower availability and discipline.
