Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our GBM (Global Benefits Management) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Mercer is a world leader in workplace health and benefits. Mercer GBM team partners with employers (multinational companies) to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs across multiple countries. The team provides strategic guidance on benefits strategy and policy, manages vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance in markets, and delivers analytics and reporting to optimize cost and employee experience. Our multicultural team coordinates cross-border projects, supports employers’ integral HR teams, and drives solutions that balance global consistency with local markets.
