Introduction

We are seeking a Foreman with 1–2 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction to support daily site operations. The successful candidate will assist in supervising labour, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. The role requires basic site supervision ability, understanding of construction processes and drawings, and adherence to health and safety regulations, with strong potential to grow within a site leadership environment. Candidates must be based in the Western Cape.
