Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for Junior Food Safety Intern to join us for six months. The ideal candidate is an energetic individual who can take initiative and assist with documenting our food safety and quality management systems for food production areas on the farm. This includes ensuring that all required paperwork is in place to monitor food safety.
Requirements
BSc degree or National Diploma in Food Technology or MicrobiologyMinimum two years’ experience in an FMCG environment focused on food safetyHACCP and FSSC 22000 experience would be an advantageGood administration skillsThoroughness and detail orientatedAble to work well in a diverse team Responsibilities
