Junior Financial Accountant

Our client, a leading payments service provider, has an exciting opportunity for an Junior Financial Accountant in their Finance team based at their Head Office in Stellenbosch.

Reporting to the Financial Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for all duties related to financial accounting, including the collection, processing, recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial data. Tasks will include maintaining complete and proper records of revenue, expenditure, assets, and liabilities, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key performance areas:

• Assist with accounting until trial balance
• Preparing reconciliation of accounting records to third party statements
• Fee invoice generation
• Assist with debtors, creditors and monthly reports
• All other tasks related to the role.
