Main job function
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records in line with IFRS and company policies
- Assisting with month‑end and year‑end reporting processes
- Processing journals, accruals, provisions, and general ledger reconciliations
- Supporting annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
- Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset management
- Investigating variances and resolving financial discrepancies
- Assisting with SARS and CIPC compliance requirements and submissions
- Supporting audit preparation processes and audit query resolution
- Preparing reports for management and directors
- Assisting with finance‑related stakeholder queries and operational support
