What you’ll do:

• Assist in selecting furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories
• Help prepare FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentation documents
• Source products and request quotes from suppliers
• Track deliveries, and supplier timelines
• Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and samples
• Assist with site visits and installation coordination
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding updates
• Ensure items align with design intent, budget, and timelines
