My client is seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Farm Manager to join our team in Levubu, with knowledge on macadamias and/or avocado's.Minimum requirements:
A relevant agricultural qualification will be a strong advantage
2–3 years’ experience in avocado or macadamia or banana farming
Strong understanding of orchard management practices
Good communication and people management skills
Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
Valid driver's license and own transport
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
