Develop comprehensive technical proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects (RO, UF, MBR, STP, WTP, ETP, etc.).
Prepare BOQs, equipment selections and system design outlines based on client requirements.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications and local regulations.
Perform accurate quantity take‑offs, material, equipment and labor cost estimation.
Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
