:As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional experience our customers expect from Swarovski. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivering high‑quality, consistent customer support by guiding customers through product selections, promotions, order details, and brand information with clarity and care
Responding to chat, email, and phone inquiries within established KPIs, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication
Resolving customer queries and complaints by actively listening, identifying root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction
Maintaining impeccable data accuracy across all systems to support smooth operations and a flawless customer experience
