Position Overview
What you'll do
- Provide first‑line CRM support to our sales network: resolve incidents and answer day‑to‑day questions.
- Onboard and train new users (agents, assistants, managers).
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and management teams.
- Document processes and create user guides.
- Work closely with our Product & Tech team to flag improvements and bugs.
What we're looking for
Must‑have
- 1‑2 years in CRM admin, sales operations, functional support or similar roles.
- Spanish and English at professional level (C1+).
- Organized, hands‑on, and great at explaining things to non‑technical users.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Nice to have
- Italian (you'll collaborate with our teams in Italy).
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
