As a member of the cost management team, you will take part in service delivery for data centres projects projects – from early cost advice to settlement of the final account.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in Cost Managers the preparation of cost plans, cost-in-use studies. Participate in order of cost estimates and option studies. Take part in tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes Assist Cost Managers with the evaluation and reporting of tenders. Valuation of completed work and arranging for payments. Preparation and settlement of final accounts. Administration of construction contracts. Preparation of reports to customers.
