Junior Conveyancer

Location : Blouberg
Salary: R35 000 CTC

Well established legal practice based in the Blouberg area is seeking a Junior Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted Conveyancer


• Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience within Conveyancing


• Strong experience attending to Transfers


• Must reside in Cape Town / surrounding areas


• Ability to manage matters independently


• Strong administrative and organisational skills


• Professional and client-focused approach


• Excellent communication skills

Duties Include:

• Managing transfer matters from inception to registration


• Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation


• Liaising with clients, estate agents and relevant stakeholders


• Ensuring compliance with conveyancing processes and deadlines
