Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Short?Term Commercial Claims


• Matric


• FETC NQF 4 – Short?Term Insurance


• RE5


• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first?language level)


• Must reside in Roodepoort / Krugersdorp

What You’ll Handle

• End?to?end processing of commercial motor and non?motor claims


• Liaising with brokers, assessors, service providers, and clients


• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance


• Managing claims within SLA and delivering excellent service
