Support external laboratory testing requests from customers using available analytical and testing instruments in Penchem.
Coordinate sample submission, testing schedule, and result reporting for customer-requested evaluations.
Perform testing and analysis according to established test methods and customer requirements.
Provide technical support and test data interpretation to internal teams and customers when required.
Ensure all external testing activities are properly documented and compliant with laboratory procedures.
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems, ISO procedures, and good laboratory practices (GLP).
Support continuous improvement activities for quality enhancement and process stability.
Perform quality control testing for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products according to established specifications and test methods.
