Hiring Junior Business Analyst (YES Intern)Requirements:
- Matric and/or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems or related field like Industrial Engineering
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or DMS reporting tools advantageous, not required as this is a Internship
- Excellent communication for user support, training, and documentation.
- Knowledge of process mapping and basic IT support principles.
- Customer-service oriented, with ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn DMS functionalities and application support.
