Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to Brokers across all desk activities.
Maintain databases, prepare market information, and produce client reports.
Manage the internal flow of key market intelligence.
Continuously develop knowledge of the Tankers market.
Produce internal and external reports, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
Assist with administrative tasks, including emails, contracts, and correspondence.
Handle queries and help build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
