Position Overview
Position: Jr. Branding Executive Department: Offline Branding & Marketing 1. Objective To ensure smooth execution of branding, marketing, and promotional activities across all branches by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Vendor Coordination & Production - Coordinate with vendors for printing and production of marketing materials (newspapers, brochures, standees, hoardings, etc.)
- Ensure timely sharing of artwork, specifications, and quantities
- Negotiate timelines and follow up for on-time delivery
- Check final output quality before dispatch
- Maintain vendor database with rates, timelines, and past performance
