This is an exciting opportunity for a junior/mid-level Banking & Finance lawyer to join this firms growing industry-leading transactional Banking team. This teams acts for a wide range of funders and corporates, as well as lenders and borrowers. Our client is flexible in terms of location and is open to the role operating from their offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh or remotely.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in general banking work on a wide variety of transactions. Candidates qualified in Scots law and/or English law will be considered.
