Junior Attorney (Family Law) – Lynnwood , Pretoria. Minimum Requirements:
Presentable and professional female
Strong English proficiency
Bachelor of Laws Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must
High Court right of appearance, or willing to obtain
Recent experience in Family law matters
Driver’s license and own vehicle
Must currently reside in Pretoria / within commuting distance
Stable employment record and contactable employment references a must
To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend to Family Law matters for law firm
Compiling summonses, notices and pleadings, legal documentation relating to Family Law
Correspondence and liaison with clients, attorneys, Family Advocate etc.
Court attendance with clients and advocates
High Court appearances
