We are looking for a person who is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable activities for subscription‑based customers, ensuring accurate recurring billing, timely collections, and effective credit risk management to support company cash flow and working capital objectives.
Key Responsibilities :-
Subscription Billing & AR Management Oversee recurring subscription invoicing/billing in accordance with contract terms Manage billing accuracy related to renewals, changes, cancellations, and proration Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with Sales and Contract teams Phone call and WhatsApp to follow up with customers on payment Liase with debt collection company in case of long overdue A/R
Collections & Cash Flow Lead collection activities and monitor overdue balances Analyze AR aging and payment trends to mitigate collection risk Ensure timely and accurate cash application Follow up with customers for unsuccessful deductions.
