Outsourced CFO is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Junior Accounting Consultant to join our team, specifically servicing our American client base. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be a vital part of our client service engine. This is a bridge role designed for someone who has completed their articles and is ready to take on more responsibility, including mentoring junior trainees, while still working under the guidance of our experienced POD Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Execute full-cycle accounting within QuickBooks Online , including bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and fixed asset management.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IRS regulations , managing Sales Tax nexus/filings and 1099 reporting.
