Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:Β
Maintenance of Fixed asset register / fleet register
Analysis of income and expenditure
Balance sheet recons
Intercompany transactions / reconciliations
Vat Reconciliations and VAT201 submissions
Maintain and update fleet insurance / submission of claims
Preparation of management reports
Processing of payroll journals
Reconciliation of stock
Other adhoc administration duties not limited to the above Requirements:Β
Matric (Grade 12)
National Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting or Related
Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite (With advanced MS Excel skills)
Must be able to work in a highly pressured environment and be deadline driven
SAP Business one / Caseware experience will be an added advantage
