About The Team
Manage and grow a portfolio of long-tail SMB merchants (non-key accounts) to increase activation, transaction volume, GMV/revenue, and participation in platform campaigns and initiatives. You’ll use high-volume outreach plus targeted personal engagement to activate merchants, improve performance, and keep them engaged.
Job Description
- Send mass communications (in-app push, WhatsApp broadcasts, email) to inform merchants about onboarding, promotions, and product updates.
- Conduct targeted follow-ups via phone or personal WhatsApp messages to convert higher-potential merchants and resolve issues.
- Assist merchants with onboarding: guide sign-up, menu setup, and order handling until they are able to take orders independently.
- Monitor merchant activity daily and re-engage merchants with low or no transactions.
- Enroll merchants into relevant campaigns and run standard reactivation sequences.
