Min 2 years experience in handling building authority submission
Familiar with submission portal (Corenet 2.0). Knowledge or prior experience in Corenet X is a plus
Knowledge in authority requirement from various departments, such as URA, BCA, LTA, NParks, NEA and PUB
Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge or prior experience in Autodesk Revit is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and liaise with project handler, authority officer and other stakeholders to follow up and resolve authority comments and written directions
Manage and maintain project status and project timeline to ensure delivery of project as scheduled
