6–10+ years' capital markets experience

3–5 years' in Debt Capital Markets

Experience in JSE-listed debt execution

Exposure to DMTN programmes and note issuances

Strong understanding of JSE Debt Listings Requirements

IFRS and financial structuring knowledge

Experience engaging investors, credit committees, and rating agencies
