Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to tickets within established deadlines and quality standards.
- Investigate issues and identify root causes.
- Restore system functionality as quickly as possible.
- Handle on-call support requests (on-call or regular).
- Availability to work on 12x36 night shifts (7:00 p.m. β 7 a.m.), subject to future changes.
- Manage tickets and resolve them within SLA.
Required Skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (technical background preferred) / Technologist diploma.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and technical support.
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment administration.
