Overview The Junior Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the hiring process for entry-level positions and provides administrative support to the broader HR team.
This role focuses on candidate screening, interview coordination, and the administrative tasks required to transition a candidate from applicant to new hire.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and high-volume roles.
- Review incoming applications and filter candidates based on established role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Present qualified shortlists to the Talent Manager and relevant Hiring Managers.
- Coordinate all interview logistics between candidates and the hiring team across multiple time zones.
