- Proficient in oral and written English
- Proficient in intermediate MS Excel and data analysis using algebraic formulas, conditional formatting, and pivot tables
- Ability to exercise good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good presentation skills
- Own the Print Product Development task management and work with cross functional teams to both create and market the said products
- Work with Marketing Research to identify customer needs and new product opportunities
- Ensure that product implementation and operational requirements are optimal
- Conduct regular product rationalization and pricing reviews
- Work with business stakeholders to prioritize efforts to most efficiently plan updates to products
- Communicate Print Product goals and progress clearly to internal partners and management on an ongoing basis
