Description
A boutique litigation firm in Oakland is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis. The firm handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, including toxic torts, business litigation, employment, medical malpractice, product liability, and general liability defense.


This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or a junior paralegal with 1–3 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to complex litigation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

+ Provide day-to-day support to attorneys across a variety of civil litigation matters

+ Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
