JOB DETAILS

1.Understand the customer requirements clearly fitment, function appearance and third party test requirements including ROHS requirements.
2.Maintaining list of ROHS complied material and periodic testing by external agency.
3.Timely calibration and conduct MSA (Gauge R&R) for the instruments, RAPID – I testing methods & equipments and maintenance of respective records
4.Tracking of non-conformances of internal and external complaints and taking corrective / preventive action for the same
5.Preparation and maintenance of records for inspection including third party test reports like material test reports for mechanical, electrical, chemical properties including ROHS requirements.
6.Ensuring traceability requirements including traceability to ROHS compliance
7.Preparation of control plans , work instruction, Packing work instructions & Quality Plan related to Q.A.
