This candidate will support anodizing, hardcoat, and chromate production lines while learning specialized chemical finishing processes from experienced operators. Day-to-Day
• Assist in operating anodizing, hardcoat, and chromate finishing lines
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently
• Monitor process timing and quality standards
• Learn chemical handling and finishing processes
• Support routine maintenance of tanks and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols
